The Act Draws to a Close

After all the legal wrangling, The Act at Palazzo up and shut it down last night, despite winning a recent victory in the courts in its suit against casino management.

According to sources in the club, staff were given less than 24 hours notice. Numbers at the club were reportedly down since the lawsuit began, but with signage being restored on-property, there was a reasonable expectation that things could pick back up. There’s been no word yet from club reps, but we’ll be updating as more information becomes available.
