Hot-air balloons are marvelous things to see in person, and this weekend is the time to do it. The second annual Hot Air Balloon Festival and Carnival started yesterday and runs through tomorrow at Southern Hills Hospital, 9300 W. Sunset Rd. In addition to the balloons, you’ll find entertainment, food, games and demonstrations by the Metro Search and Rescue Unit.
