Remember the bubbling witches’ cauldron at the haunted house? Never let go of that childhood thrill, especially now that you can sip the Bubble Wrap cocktail at Geisha House ($15, 9719 W. Served over dry ice in a 42-ounce goblet, general manager Christian Oldan’s mix of Ty-Ku coconut nigori sake, Cruzan vanilla rum, unsweetened coconut milk, lime juice, pineapple juice and ginger beer bubbles over so much it must be served on a plate. Bubble Wrap
As served at Geisha House, 9719 W. Flamingo Rd., $15

In a cocktail glass, combine 1½ ounces TyKu coconut nigori sake, 1½ ounces Cruzan vanilla rum, ¼ ounce fresh lime juice, ¾ ounce of unsweetened coconut milk, 1 ounce pineapple juice. Add ice and roll back and forth with another mixing glass. Add 2 ounces Fever Tree ginger beer and stir. Dump contents into a 42-ounce goblet glass containing 1½ ounces of dry ice. Serve on a plate, garnished with caramelized ginger and an edible orchid flower and allow contents to bubble over.
