Before thoughts turn from toddies to daiquiris in Las Vegas, winter will get in its last licks with the Cold Snap Cosmo ($8), available at Bonefish Grill restaurants nationwide. Too cold to hold, the drink is served in a molded ice glass best handled with a mitten, which is provided for your drinking ease. James Beard-recognized mixologist Charlotte Voisey combines Iceland’s small-batch Reyka vodka, Sicilian Solerno blood-orange liqueur, fresh blood-orange and lime juices and simple syrup for a chilling blood-orange take on the Cosmopolitan. Better get it while it’s cold—the Cold Snap ends April 30!
