Take a Closer Look at the New Drai’s

Drai’s Beach Club is on track for its Memorial Day Weekend opening, and they’ve got the rooftop palm trees to prove it.

DraisNew_h1This new rendering and pic give a good idea of the two-tiered layout the beach club is going to feature, with second-story cabanas reminiscent of the Palms Pool. Five smaller elevated pools line the north side of the complex, to be shared among nine VIP bungalows. They’ll also sport 40 daybeds, 15 cabanas, two bars and a main pool split into two parts by a Wet Republic-ish concourse. They don’t have count yet on how many bad tattoos you’ll be able to see there all summer but we’ll go with … a lot? Probably a lot.

UPDATE: Drai’s has announced their resident DJs and they’re starting with a big one at the top: Eric Prydz. Because no club can be complete without a Swedish DJ on the roster. In addition to Pryda, Drai’s will feature some names not already in the Las Vegas mix, like Adventure Club, Showtek, DVBBS, Borgeous, Helena, Project 46, Quintino, Sick Individuals, Ummet Ozcan, Vinai and 12th Planet. They’ll also be bringing in a few more familiar names: Arty, DJ Irie, Makj, Sidney Samson and 3LAU.
