This Week’s Most-Wanted Events: Not Naked Ladies, Last Days of Tim and Faith

Not Naked Ladies

It’s a refreshing idea, isn’t it? Women Fully Clothed, Older and Hotter stops into The Smith Center on April 11. The touring sketch show combines relatable scenarios with serious comedic chops. The all-female ensemble includes alums from Saturday Night Live, Hairspray and Whose Line Is It Anyway?

Last Days of Tim and Faith

Tim McGraw and Faith Hill have more in common with Cher than a Strip residency—remember her numerous Farewell tours? Initially, we were supposed to bid adieu to the country couple’s Soul2Soul engagement in April 2013, before it returned for select dates through April 12. At least for now, it really is the final weekend of their twang-tinged love fest.

Art Outdoors

Fair weather and fine art? Sounds good to us. The Boulder City Art Guild’s 29th annual Fine Arts Festival takes over Bicentennial Park April 12-13, with more than 130 Southwestern artists represented. Score your own masterpiece during the raffle to benefit scholarships programs. Admission is free.

Soulful Seduction

Leaning heavy on ’90s R&B (not that there’s anything wrong with that), the Las Vegas Soul Festival returns April 12 to the Thomas & Mack Center. Hum along to hits by Cameo (“Word Up”), Tony! Toni! Tone! (“Feels Good”), Next (“Too Close”) and more. You can sing along if you wish, but be aware that the aforementioned songs are deceptively dirty.
