If the ninth annual American Craft Beer Week has been burning a hole in your iCal, you can relax: It’s here, and “brewnited” we will stand, May 12-18. Here’s how to get in on the frothy fun in Las Vegas during ACBW and beyond:

May 12-18

Mandalay Bay kicks off a week of American Craft Beer Week events May 12 with a Craft Beer Beach Party ($60, 5-7 p.m.), featuring four dishes and plenty of beer in the Sun Villas, plus a barbecue tutorial led by certified cicerone Sarah Johnson. May 14, the learning theme continues with a Craft Beer 101 tasting in Eyecandy Lounge ($50, 6-7:30 p.m.) offering seven beers and a chance to win prizes, including some Goose Island Bourbon County Stout. The entire week, Fleur by Hubert Keller will offer a Craft Beer Happy Hour, 5-8 p.m. nightly. Choose either the IPA Flight (three courses, such as spicy Thai chicken wings paired with Lagunitas IPA) or the Porter Flight (also three courses, but with items such as St. Louis pork ribs with Deschutes Black Butte porter) for $28.

May 15

The All-Nevada Tap Takeover at Big Dog’s Brewing Company will present more than 20 beers for the tasting, all of them from the Silver State’s finest brewers. Each $4 pint sold benefits the Nevada Craft Brewers’ Association, the trade organization for Nevada’s brewing industry. May 17

Celebrate spirits, beer and barbecue while helping Three Square food bank at BrewBQ, a drink-and-dine-around at Ellis Island Brewery. Sample more than 30 beers, including the sizeable Ellis Island lineup, with the $55 ticket. May 21

Mandalay Bay keeps the Beer vs. Wine conversation alive with what will surely prove to be a lively pairing dinner at Mix featuring Firestone Walker Brewing Co. brews paired by certified cicerone Sarah Johnson and brewmaster Matthew Brynildson (#TeamBeer) going up against Hermans Story wines paired by wine director Harley Carbery and winemaker Russell From (#TeamWine). Meanwhile, executive chef Bruno Riou creates the cuisine that provides the five-course proving ground for these two beverage professionals who want to lure guests over to their side. June 2

Barley’s Casino & Brewing Company hosts the second annual National Bubba Day celebration in honor of its young brewmaster, Jeffrey “Bubba” Amas, as well as all of the other Bubbas out there. The event kicks off 5 p.m. June 2 with the official keg tapping of his seasonal brew, Bubba’s Hopped Up Lager—everyone there gets a free beer.
