Monte Carlo Takes Operation of Brand From Light Group

The Light Group-managed Brand Steakhouse at Monte Carlo is Light Group-managed no more. As of April 1, MGM Resorts took over operation of the steakhouse, but kept the name and vibe in place. The 5,000 square-foot Brand originally opened January 2008 as the third entry in Light Group’s restaurant offerings, after Fix and Stack. Light still has those two Vegas staples in its restaurant stable, as well as Citizens, Diablo’s Cantina, Kumi, Red Square, Yellowtail and the forthcoming Hearthstone at Red Rock Resort.
