Science Fiction Double Feature acts out “The Rocky Horror Picture Show” June 14

Consider it a new summertime tradition: watching Ian Ziering strip at the Rio, then slay rogue sharks on TV. After a successful guest spot in 2013, the man of former 90210 fame resumes his Chippendales post June 12-July 20 (Thu-Sun), just in time to ride the Sharknado 2 wave when the movie airs July 30 on SyFy.

You’re probably familiar with the forbidden MILF affair in The Graduate. While the 1967 film adaptation featured the omnipotent furrowed brow of a young Dustin Hoffman, there’s another level of tension that can only be conveyed through live performance. Pause Netflix and see the story unfold at Onyx Theatre June 13-14, 20-21.

It was 2008 when Jabbawockeez first mime-stole our hearts on America’s Best Dance Crew. Now they’ll celebrate the first anniversary of their second Las Vegas spectacular, PRiSM, by offering buy-one-get-one tickets to locals through June 30. Use the online code “_NZ” or show valid Nevada ID at MGM Resorts’ box offices.

A late-night screening of The Rocky Horror Picture Show oughta be on your bucket list. Cross it off at 11 p.m. June 14 when the cast of Science Fiction Double Feature acts out the cult classic following a presentation of the 1994 dark fantasy flick The Crow at 9 p.m. Costumes are encouraged, and the top three will be rewarded.
