If free tattoos and cheap booze sound like your idea of a good time, swing by Hogs & Heifers to celebrate Sailor Jerry Day! On the anniversary of the death of legendary tattoo artist Norman Keith Collins (a.k.a. Sailor Jerry), the saloon boasts $3 Sailor Jerry spiced rum and $4 Old Ironside cocktails, eats from Rollin’ Smoke Barbeque and, yes, complimentary tattoos from guest artists Ed Word and Kyle Montoya to be raffled off on the hour. (201 N. Third St., 4 p.m.-midnight.) Would you rather win EDC tickets? The promoter who gathers the most gals at Haze will walk away with four three-day passes to the sold-out festival, plus helicopter transportation to and from the Las Vegas Motor Speedway. DJ Shift brings the sounds. (In Aria, 10:30 p.m., HazeLasVegas.com.) But maybe you’d rather watch nightlife promoters take one to the face. Stop by the Vegas Nightlife Fights at The Joint, where the industry’s finest go head-to-head to benefit Barry’s Boxing Center. VIP tables and bottle service are available by calling 702-693-5220. (In Hard Rock Hotel, 8 p.m., HardRockHotel.com.)

Summer doesn’t officially begin until June 21, but the Las Vegas pool club season started months ago. So we can’t blame you if you’ve already debuted all of your swimsuits; we can only suggest you pick up a new one today at Encore Beach Club. One hundred fresh Luli Fama suits will be given away during the swimwear brand’s model search; LMFAO’s Redfoo spins. (At Encore, 11 a.m., EncoreBeachClub.com.) Ditch Friday’s sounds are provided by DJ Stiegler and trumpet player Spencer Ludwig—who was in town last month for Capital Cities’ OBC set. It’s a combination that initially seems odd, but is really great. It’s like the sonic equivalent of chicken and waffles. (At the Palms, noon, Palms.com.)

Saturday, June 14

San Diego imports Scooter and Lavelle start the party at Liquid (at Aria, 11 a.m., LiquidPoolLV.com) while the other half of LMFAO, Sky Blu, holds it down at Body English with DJ Casanova in the booth. (In Hard Rock Hotel, 10:30 p.m., HardRockHotel.com.) Now feel free to take a nap, because you’ll be going hard until the wee hours. Following several months at the former Empire Ballroom, a couple of pop-ups at Posh and a few bumps in the road, After after-hours finally moves into its new home at Holly Madison’s 1923 Bourbon & Burlesque. Local duo Spacebyrdz gets it going, and Nathan Barato keeps you moving past sunrise. (In Mandalay Bay, 3 a.m., AfterLasVegas.com.) P.S.: Remember those infamous After DJ rules? You can still rock those on a T-shirt (or crop top!) from AfterLasVegas.com.

Still a teenager, Spanish-born Danny Avila already has some hefty accomplishments under his belt: He hangs with heavyweights such as Tiësto, headlines Hakkasan and Wet Republic (where he spins today), and has scored major hip points by remixing Belgian artist-of-the-moment Stromae’s “Tous Le Mêmes” with pals Lucas Divino and Andres Chevalle. Just don’t get so excited during his poolside set that you splash his ’do, OK? Respect the ’do. (At MGM Grand, 11 a.m., WetRepublic.com.)

Monday, June 16

So you can’t get Katy Perry’s “Birthday” out of your head? Neither can we. It’s the sugary summer song we all hate to love. Luckily, New Jersey’s Cash Cash can help us out with their remix of the tune, which they’ll hopefully drop at Marquee. Dutch trance hero Dash Berlin follows them on the decks. (In the Cosmopolitan, 10 p.m., MarqueeLasVegas.com.)

Tuesday, June 17

If you’ve been too shy to experience the magnificence of a silent disco, get familiar at 9 p.m. during Bloq Party at the Linq. The new Tuesday-night bash also includes discounts at many of the promenade’s stores and restaurants, plus 50 percent off High Roller admission and complimentary entry to the Polaroid museum for Nevada locals. (At the Linq, 8 p.m., Linq.com.) Then head to Beauty Bar for a very not-silent night of drum and bass, led by AK 1200, Machete, Clutch and locals Biz:E! and Munkey. (517 Fremont St., 9:30 p.m., TheBeautyBar.com.)

Wednesday, June 18

Still hungry for thump? Stop by Triple B for Drum & Bass All-Stars Round 2. Heist, Rawtee and dozens more DJs bring the wub on QSound and Turbosound systems, which is technical speak for “It’s gon’ get loud.” (601 Fremont St., 9 p.m., BackstageBarAndBilliards.com.) If you wanna catch an EDC star early, see Madeon at Surrender. (In Encore, 10:30 p.m., SurrenderNightclub.com.) Or, see Nicky Romero—who is, surprisingly, not spinning the festival—at Light. (In Mandalay Bay, 10:30 p.m., TheLightVegas.com.)
