Monday, June 16

As electronic dance music lovers arrive to begin a week of partying, working or playing, the madness begins as Dash Berlin and Cash Cash perform at Marquee Dayclub. (At the Cosmopolitan, 10 p.m., CosmopolitanLasVegas.com.) Later, Skrillex starts off with a set at XS (In Encore, 10:30 p.m., XSLasVegas.com.)

Tuesday, June 17

The Crystal Method celebrates their 20-year anniversary on Drai’s Beach Club rooftop at night. (At the Cromwell, 10 p.m., DraisNightlife.com.) Check out the Strip views at the new venue and listen to beats by the electronic music veterans.

Wednesday, June 18

The pool parties continue with the EC Twins at Marquee Dayclub. (At the Cosmopolitan, 11 a.m.) If a beach club isn’t your thing, Nicky Romero plays Light (in Mandalay Bay, 10:30 p.m., TheLightVegas.com), Dada Life spins at Hakkasan (in MGM Grand, 10:30 p.m., HakkasanLV.com), and the young Madeon returns to Surrender. (In Encore, 10:30 p.m., SurrenderNightclub.com.)

Thursday, June 19

There are more parties to pack in as we inch closer to Friday. Bassrush Pool Party at Paradise Beach features a day of back-to-back sets with Bro Safari vs. LOUDPVCK and Ookay vs. Kennedy Jones, and more. (At Hard Rock Hotel, 12 p.m., HardRockHotel.com.) Then, the corresponding nighttime mini-festival, Bassrush Massive, takes the Brooklyn Bowl with headliners Flosstradamus and support from Big Gigantic and Dirtyphonics. (At the Linq, 9 p.m., Vegas.BrooklynBowl.com.)

Getting wet and wild today are Dash Berlin and Kygo at the Boulevard Pool (at the Cosmopolitan, 8 p.m.) and Don Diablo at Liquid Pool Lounge. (At Aria, 11 a.m., LiquidPoolLV.com.) Las Vegas Loves Techno returns with the Dirtybird Records crew when Claude Vonstroke, Justin Martin and Kill Frenzy play Drai’s After-Hours. (In the Cromwell, midnight.) Other highlights include Major Lazer at Surrender (in Encore, 10:30 p.m.), and Avicii at XS. (in Encore, 10:30 p.m.) GTA plays the official EDC Week kickoff party at Haze. (In Aria, 10:30 p.m., HazeLasVegas.com.)

Friday, June 20

EDC begins at the Las Vegas Motor Speedway and on the Strip, the parties get wilder with all-star bookings. Pools start up with Markus Schulz at Tao Beach (at the Venetian, 11 a.m., TaoBeach.com), Diplo at Encore Beach Club (at Encore, 11 a.m., EncoreBeachClub.com), and Steve Aoki at Wet Republic. (at MGM Grand, 11 a.m., WetRepublic.com.)

Come nightfall, clubs continue to bring in huge names starting with Porter Robinson at Marquee (at the Cosmopolitan, 10 p.m.), Tiësto at Hakkasan (in MGM Grand, 10:30 p.m.) and Zedd at XS (in Encore, 10:30 p.m.) before he embarks on his Moment of Clarity world tour. And for those late-night lovers, Drai’s After-Hours brings in Nicole Moudaber and Dubfire. (In the Cromwell, 1 a.m.)

Saturday, June 21

Returning acts appear, such as Alesso and Sandro Silva at Daylight (at Mandalay Bay, 11 a.m.), and Zedd at Surrender. (In Encore, 10:30 p.m.). Afrojack makes his only nightclub appearance all weekend at Hakkasan. (In MGM Grand, 10:30 p.m.) All three members of the recently disbanded Swedish House Mafia will play, though not together: Steve Angello spins at both Encore Beach Club (in Encore, 11 a.m.) and XS (in Encore, 10:30 p.m.), and the newly formed duo Axwell Λ Ingrosso take on Light (in Mandalay Bay, 10:30 p.m.). Dannic and Dyro perform at Liquid Pool Lounge (11 a.m., LiquidPoolLV.com) in the afternoon, and The Martinez Brothers make a rare Las Vegas appearance at Drai’s After-Hours. (In the Cromwell, 1 a.m.).

Sunday, June 22

Although the final day of the festival is upon us, the parties don’t quit: XS has Skrillex on deck (in Encore, 10:30 p.m.), while Hakkasan brings in Calvin Harris (in MGM Grand, 10:30 p.m.). The pools will still be popping all day, with artists including Krewella at Daylight (at Mandalay Bay, 11 a.m.) and Carnage at Tao Beach (at the Venetian, 11 a.m.).

Monday, June 23

The last night of EDC week brings a bevy of blowout performances. Martin Garrix returns to Hakkasan (in MGM Grand, 10:30 p.m.) and Carnage plays Marquee (in the Cosmopolitan, 10 p.m.). XS boasts stacked sets from RL Grime, Diplo and Skrillex (In Encore, 10:30 p.m.). And just like that, EDC week comes to a close to the relief of few and the disappointment of most. Until next year…
