Vegas Seven and Bols Bartending Academy teamed up again to find Las Vegas’ Best Bartender … and the winner is Adam O’Donnell! A bartender at Gordon Ramsay Pub in Caesars Palace, O’Donnell had the most consistent scores across three weeks of testing that included a written exam, pour test for accuracy, speed test, creative mixology round and a live final where he had to learn and then serve a five-cocktail menu for real guests at BLVD Cocktail Company in the Linq. Rules for that round included making his own original creation as well as the creations of his fellow competitors, Comme Ça bartender Aisling Gammill and Downtown Project barman Chris Gutierrez. While the final round belonged to Gammill, it was O’Donnell’s consistecy across the entire competition that carried him through for the overall win. You’ll see his original cocktail, Rye So Serious, in coming weeks, but for now, check out this video where you can get to know the competitors as the competition progressed!
