Tour Buzz: Iggy Azalea, Boston and Crosby, Stills & Nash

Iggy

Expect a “Fancy” sing-along when Iggy Azalea plays the Boulevard Pool July 26

BUM RAP

She’s curvy, raunchy and everything you’d expect from a female hip-hop phenomenon, but it’s too early to tell if Iggy Azalea is a legitimate “new classic.” In the meantime, she’s workin’ and twerkin’ to songs such as “Bounce,” and “Change Your Life.” She plays the Boulevard Pool at the Cosmopolitan on July 26 ($35).

ON SECOND THOUGHT, DO LOOK BACK

I wasn’t one of those junior high kids who drew the Boston logo on their Pee-Chee folders, but I’d be fibbing if I said I don’t know the lyrics to their hits. Add Cheap Trick to the bill and you’ve got an unbeatable evening of classic rock. Boston’s Heaven on Earth Tour hits The Joint on July 26 ($49.50-$150).

ON SALE NOW

Ever since Crosby, Stills & Nash appeared on the national stage for the first time at Woodstock, they’ve been making beautiful music together. If you’ve got a harmony deficiency, these guys are the cure. The legends play the Pearl at the Palms on September 27 ($60-$115).
