FYF Went From Festival Folly to Fun

For all the buzz around music festival lineups, turns out the most important thing about a fest is boring old logistics. This was clear on Day 1 (Aug. 23) of L.A.’s FYF Fest, when the line snaked around city blocks and lasted hours, causing fans to miss bands and in general killing the vibe. Organizers fixed the problems on Day 2, allowing the focus to return to the music. Check out our photo gallery for what it looked like from the ground:
