Retro Video Games Get 1-Up at Gaming Expo

The Riviera Convention Center was transformed into the Kingdom of Hyrule over the weekend, as legions of retro video game enthusiasts converged for the 2014 Classic Gaming Expo.

The three-day event featured more than 100 free-play arcade machines, Q&A panels featuring legendary game developers, a cosplay contest, gaming competitions, an installment from the Video Game History Museum and dozens of vendors selling and trading everything from Vectrex to Super Nintendo classics.

Vegas Seven went inside the convention to find out why retro video games are making such a big comeback.
