I Want That Book: Not That Kind of Girl

Somewhere during the second season of HBO’s Girls, Lena Dunham started getting on my nerves, or maybe I’m guilty of confusing Dunham with her narcissistic character, Hannah Horvath. I guess the only way to find out is by reading the screenwriter-actor-author’s new essay collection, Not That Kind of Girl (Random House, $28). It’s been touted as candid, fierce and funny, but—to be perfectly honest—I’ll be satisfied if it’s at least one of those things.
