Get Ready for Walk the Moon, Boz Scaggs and Brian Wilson

Walk the Moon play

Walk the Moon play House of Blues May 9.

TOURING IS EASY, TALKING IS HARD

Cincinnati-based rockers Walk the Moon have been pumping up crowds with their New Wave-inspired anthem, “Shut Up and Dance.” The Talking Is Hard tour wraps up at House of Blues on May 9 ($22), with special guests the Griswolds.

A FOOL NOT TO CARE

Some singers get better with age. Boz Scaggs’ latest album, A Fool to Care, is loaded with covers (Al Green, Spinners, the Impressions) plus an excellent original: “Hell to Pay,” a blistering duet with Bonnie Raitt. He plays The Smith Center on May 13 ($29-$99).

ON SALE NOW

Summer has always been a special time for Brian Wilson. The pop icon is the subject of a new biopic (Love & Mercy, opening June 5), and he’s touring behind his latest album, No Pier Pressure. Wilson, with special guest Rodriguez, plays the Chelsea on July 20 ($50-$125).
