SHAKEY, NOT STIRRED
Shakey Graves, can wow fans all by his lonesome (seriously—the guy is a one-man band!) or with his quartet. Graves’ sets smack of Americana, with generous helpings of country, blues and rock. Graves plays Brooklyn Bowl on May 21 ($17).
THE CLASSY NOEL
Instead of coasting on his Oasis royalty checks, Noel Gallagher launched a new band in 2010. Noel Gallagher’s High Flying Birds just released its second album, Chasing Yesterday, and it proves he hasn’t lost his touch. He plays The Joint on May 22 ($35-$150).
