NOT YOUR CUBICLE

Spanish artist Pablo Picasso is known for making major contributions to modern art by exploring and developing various styles such as collages and cubism. See Creatures and Creativity—an exhibit that showcases his work on the human form—beginning July 3 at the Bellagio Gallery of Fine Art. Bellagio.com.

ROADS?

Michael J. Fox’s sci-fi comedy classic, Back to the Future, screens at Wet ’n’ Wild at 8 p.m. July 3. DeLorean time machines don’t exist IRL, so now’s your only chance to catch the flick at the waterpark. Unfortunately, you’ll have to take “roads” to get there. WetNWildLasVegas.com.

SHIRTS VS. BLOUSES

It’s been nearly 10 years since the last episode of Chappelle’s Show aired, and we’re still quoting it. One of the most memorable sketches is Charlie Murphy’s True Hollywood Stories where Dave Chappelle, as Prince, plays basketball against Murphy. The latter will perform at Golden Nugget at 8 p.m. July 3. GoldenNugget.com.

NEW BLOOD

Local composers and songwriters show off their work in The Smith Center’s Composers Showcase. Jersey Boys star Keith Thompson and Le Rêve’s Michael Brennan host the event, which begins at 10:30 p.m. July 8. Who knows? You might catch the next Mozart or Bach! TheSmithCenter.com.
