Our engagement editor, a.k.a. the social media dude, Zoneil Maharaj, thinks he’s got a stomach of steel. He always asks for the spiciest dishes at restaurants, then adds more chili flakes, peppers and hot sauce on top. Now he’s really putting himself to the test: The Inferno Curry Challenge at Mint Indian Bistro. Made with the feared and fabled ghost pepper, more than 1,800 have tried and only 30 have succeeded. Will our guy be next?
