First came The Joint, then The Chelsea, and now get ready for The Foundry Hall.
Live Nation will introduce an 1,800-person capacity live music venue known as The Foundry Hall inside SLS Las Vegas in the first-quarter of 2016. It will occupy the space that once housed Life Nightclub until it closed earlier this year. The spot was also previously the Sahara Showroom, a legend in its day.
According to sources at SLS, The Foundry will host musical acts from all genres on the intimate yet dynamic stage. (If the rendering is any indicator, country might be a big focus, as the artists are wearing cowboy hats.)
It will get an all new sound system as well as offer full-motion graphic production capabilities, three bars and new green rooms. And in terms of seating there will be three levels: general admission, reserved and VIP booth accommodations.
