How can you spice up active wear?

A bright pop of color, peekaboo mesh in your leggings, or leg warmers will add a little spice to the outfit while creating a statement.

How would you describe your style outside of work?

Don’t laugh, but I wear my active wear outside of work. At home, however, I do like to unwind in a flowy pair of cotton Saint Grace pants and a soft vintage hoodie.

What are your go to shops?

Lululemon is my jam. They know me so well at Fashion Show Mall they put my picture on the wall. Okay, maybe that’s because I’m an ambassador, but the obsession is real.

What advice do you give people who make it a goal to get in shape for 2016?

Balance is everything. By balancing your fitness and nutrition, you’ll not only see your body change, but you’ll be able to maintain your results too. With fitness, be sure to not over do it. The body needs rest in order to build muscle. Give yourself a day or two off during the week. And switch it up! I take three or four classes at my studio (Studio Remixx) plus one yoga, spin or hot Pilates class.
