Park it at The Still by Clique Hospitality, Serving Sportsbar Eats From an Airstream


Chef Brian Massie will tackle sportsbar cuisine in his next project.

Food trucks used to be cool. Airstream trailers made them a bit cooler, for their fashion sense alone. But who wants to eat outdoors in this town? Answer: nobody! So the forward-thinking folks at Clique Hospitality (those behind Hearthstone, Salute and the company’s namesake, Clique Lounge) will be parking one inside a new sports bar.

The company will officially announce today its partnership with The Mirage to open The Still in the former Revolution Lounge space. Describing it as “a no-nonsense restaurant and hangout that will quench thirsts, satisfy palates and serve as the ultimate man cave and sports destination,” the 8,000-square-foot space designed by Alessandro Munge will have its own bar with more than 50 craft beers. Chef Brian Massie promises street tacos, sliders, flounder fish and chips with black truffle tartar sauce, fresh oysters and lobster rolls cooked and served from an Airstream parked right in the dining room.

If that has you salivating, you can expect The Still to open in time for St. Patrick’s Day.
