Move over, Dave & Busters: There’s a new, trendier gaming alternative coming to town. Hakkasan Group’s latest concept Level Up seeks to spark millennials’ gaming desires by way of a new type of hybrid lounge that combines upscale nightlife entertainment with new-wave gaming systems. The classic bar pastimes of pool, foosball, ping-pong, and casino games are featured for the traditional patron while contemporary activities of QuadAir Hockey, Bubble Hockey, Sigma Derby, giant Pac-Man and Connect Four may appeal more to the progressive gamer. With hand-painted murals surrounding the space, a live DJ and numerous TVs for sporting events, guests can enjoy their game of choice in a different kind of upscale lounge environment.
Showcasing the latest technology, Level Up is set to introduce the first ever indoor laser golf course in the world, where participants will revel in an immersive experience complete with moving greens and interactive putting courses. Virtual golfers are given VIP treatment in a private suite with an accompanying model/caddy.
The gaming lounge is also home to the Live Lucky Bar, which serves 24 craft beers and offers a specialty cocktail menu.
