In the ongoing struggle for nightlife supremacy, Hakkasan Group’s pantheon of superstar DJs can be compared to Marvel’s horde of superheroes. The nightlife giant on Tuesday unveiled its list of 2017 performers, an Avengers-like lineup featuring seven of Forbes’ Top 12 Highest Paid DJs.
The roster, 31 acts in all, is a mix of returning residents, such as Calvin Harris, Tiësto, and Afrojack, and new additions to the Hakkasan family, including Travis Scott, Porter Robinson and Cash Cash—plus previously-announced artists Kaskade and Zedd.
While some residencies are exclusive to a single club, fans will get to experience many of Hakkasan Group’s signees in different venues as they rotate between Omnia, Jewel, Hakkasan Nightclub and Wet Republic.
Here are the names and locations you should remember for your next night out.
The billboards should have tipped you off by now: Omnia belongs to Calvin Harris, who has residency dates listed through May. Afrojack, Armin van Buuren, Martin Garrix and Hardwell are also tapped to perform, and that’s just in February. (omnianightclub.com)
Few acts on Jewel’s calendar carry the name recognition and star power of Steve Aoki, who is booked for multiple Saturday and Monday dates through June. The coming months will also feature Lil Jon, FAED, WeAreTreo, and LA Leakers behind the decks at the Aria nightspot. (jewelnightclub.com)
Kaskade and Tiësto boast the biggest residencies at Hakkasan’s namesake nightclub, with the latter appearing at least through October. Variety is the name of the game at Hakkasan, with Hardwell, Fergie, Borgeous, GTA, Cash Cash, and BRKLYN all on the calendar in February and March.(hakkasanlv.com)
While no acts have been confirmed for Hakkasan’s splash-bash ultra pool, expect to see some of the previously-mentioned names behind the booth at the MGM Grand pool club.
