With Giada De Laurentiis offering three meal services a day from her eponymously named restaurant and curating the hotel’s in-room dining program, The Cromwell certainly has an elevated, albeit focused, culinary program. But another option will soon open at the boutique hotel—Eat Well, a 24-hour fast-casual restaurant. We hear that the fully funded project will be located adjacent to, but not affiliated with, Drai’s Afterhours. One insider told us to “expect some great pizzas, among other selections, along with an awesome coffee bar for the morning.” Requests for official comment were not returned by the time of publication.
