Hell’s Kitchen Coming to Town

As Vegas Seven first reported back in early December, Gordon Ramsay will indeed open his fifth Las Vegas project later this year. Word from several Fox Television showrunners who spoke with us then indicated that the Brit would take over the Strip-facing space formerly occupied by Serendipity 3 and install a Hell’s Kitchen–themed restaurant. This much was confirmed with by Ramsay during Uncork’d, but we fully expect the concept will also be tied to an upcoming season of the show.

Serendipity 3 was run by an estranged former business partner of Ramsay, Rowen Seibel. After Seibel was arraigned for tax evasion, the space closed and is presently operated as Stripside Café until construction starts on Hell’s Kitchen. Ramsay’s other restaurants in Las Vegas includes a pub in Caesars Palace, a burger joint in Planet Hollywood, a steakhouse in Paris Las Vegas and a fish and chips spot on the Linq Promenade.
