The Las Vegas Epicurean Affair returns to The Pools at The Palazzo on Thursday, May 25, from 6-10 p.m. Award-winning chef Timon Balloo of The Venetian’s raw bar grill; SUGARCANE is hosting the event. Balloo, who has won a variety of awards and a nomination for Best New Restaurant by the James Beard Foundation, will be bringing his bold island menu to the event.
The dine-around Epicurean Affair offers guests an evening of the best cuisine and cocktails from restaurants such as TAO, Texas de Brazil and Carnevino. Proceeds from the event will go toward the Nevada Restaurant Association educational and scholarship programs, including the ProStart program, which helps high school students learn culinary and restaurant-management skills.
