The Vegas Golden Knights won’t be taking the ice with much gold, as the NHL unveiled a primarily gray uniform for the newest franchise.
The only gold that exists is in the logo and in a sleeve on the arms along with black and a small sliver of red. The primary helmet logo is placed on the front of the jersey with the secondary logo on the shoulder.
The back of the jersey has plain white letters on the nameplate and white numbers outlined in gold. While the inside of the collar features the color red and the word “Vegas.”
The road jersey was not unveiled tonight, but it will essentially be the same as the home jersey, but with white as the primary color.
While the wait to see the Golden Knights jersey is over, you still can’t get your hands on one until October. Fans can pre-order a jersey, but only 5,000 (3,500 of the grey home design and 1,500 of the white road design) are available. Jerseys are available for pre-order at mygoldenknightsjersey.com.
Once jerseys are available, they will be the most expensive item in The Armory – the Golden Knights team store at T-Mobile Arena. The Armory is open seven days a week from 10 a.m. – 6 p.m. and features over 100 Golden Knights products.
