Can’t get enough of the heat? Here are three outdoor fitness classes to keep you looking extra-hot this season

TruFusion Poolside Practice

Grab your yoga mat and come to the M Resort at 10 a.m. on Sunday mornings for some poolside sun salutations during “Yoga by the Pool.” Taught by TruFusion instructors, yoga aims to improve flexibility and health of the musculoskeletal system and provide therapeutic benefits—a nice balance to the hectic summer party schedule. With regular practice, yogis often experience improved posture, increased energy and a wider range of motion, helping to build that zen beside the blue ripples of the M pool. Fit4Mom Body Back Boost

For the mothers looking for a group class, Fit4Mom is a family of women who host fitness classes, giving support to matriarchs at all stages of motherhood. Body Back Boost, which blasts calories and increases body strength and endurance (not intended for prenatal women, though), is offered multiple times a week. Indoor classes are available, if you must. The outdoor sessions take place Thursdays and Sundays at the Willows Park in Summerlin starting at 8 p.m., and in Henderson (1450 W. Horizon Ridge Pkwy, Suite A 503.) on Wednesdays and Sundays at 7:30 p.m. and 6:45 p.m., respectively. There’s also a Saturday morning class at 6:45 a.m. for the early risers. Boot Camp Las Vegas

Bootcamp Las Vegas offers one-hour sessions for adults wanting to get in shape and for athletes who want to maintain their strength and endurance. Bootcamp LV workouts vary from day to day, including moves such as pulling tires, crunches with weights and tug-of-war team competitions, ensuring a challenging full-body workout. With 10 instructors to choose from, and locations in Henderson, Summerlin, Centennial Hills and more, take advantage of the dozens of opportunities to break an even bigger sweat in this sweltering heat.
