The Women Who Slay event is returning to Red Rock Resort for its second annual celebration of powerful ladies on July 15. It’s an afternoon filled with pop-up shops, Champagne, food, networking and a panel of speakers sharing their paths to success and how they turned dreams into reality. And attendees also have an opportunity to get glammed at the Sephora pre-party in Downtown Summerlin.
Hoping to build on the popularity of last year’s event, Women Who Slay offers women a platform to discuss entrepreneurial pursuits, influencer marketing and what it takes to build a brand. Moderated by KTNV news anchor Dayna Roselli, panelists include sisters Jennifer Worman and Tiffany Ishiguro of T&J Designs clothing and accessories line, DJ and VH1 Hip-Hop Honors awards recipient Brittany Sky and Jamie Vine, founder of Boycott Circus, a website that raises money and awareness for rescued felines in Mexico.
Vine’s nonprofit is dedicated to changing people’s perspectives on animals. “Our website solely works to raise awareness for the Black Jaguar-White Tiger Foundation,” she says. “I found them on Instagram and instantly fell in love.” Find out how she parlayed her love of animals and philanthropy into a creative outlet at the event. Cheers to girl power!
