Omnia Nightclub didn’t have much to prove when its lofty wooden doors swung open in March 2015. All we asked was that it be worthy of its pedigree, the legendary Caesars Palace spot Pure.
In the three years since Calvin Harris christened the DJ booth, Omnia has exceeded all of our hopes and dreams, serving up weekend after weekend of A-list turntable talent, preserving those Instagram-worthy Strip views (seriously, put Omnia on your New Year’s Eve bucket list) and laying the groundwork for Hakkasan Group’s global takeover.

In February, Omnia Dayclub welcomed its first guests from off the beach in Los Cabos, Mexico, right on the heels of its dayclub debut in Bali, Indonesia. Throw in the club in San Diego’s Gaslamp District, and that’s four openings in three years, with Omnia Jakarta also in the works.
This just adds to the celebratory atmosphere back here in Las Vegas, where the flagship nightclub marks its third anniversary with Calvin Harris (March 9), Zedd (March 10) and Deseo Latin Sunday with DJs Gil Barba and DJ Exile (March 11). There will be champagne and confetti under Omnia’s iconic chandelier, and we’re betting on a few surprises and celebrity guests.
Because we haven’t been there every weekend since opening night (and that’s a shame), we asked someone in the know—Lead VIP Host Chris Trillo—for insight into Omnia’s most memorable nights and how to have one of your own.
Let’s put together an Omnia to-do-list: What do we need to experience?
First, I always encourage guests to upgrade to a VIP table. The splurge is worth it to try out bottle service at least one time. Second, I encourage visitors to explore the nightclub in its entirety, [and] especially to check out the outdoor terrace. This is one of the best places in the club for that perfect picture with the stunning view of the Strip in the background. Third, everyone should also make sure to experience a true industry night at Wild at Heart inside Heart of Omnia. In my opinion, those are some of the best parties, and it brings out a great local crowd.
What kind of over-the-top presentations have you done for guests?
If we get word that someone is a huge sports fan, for example, we’ll make personalized jerseys for the group to wear. If a customer prefers a certain brand of alcohol, we’ll present them with an engraved bottle. Being able to broadcast such personalized messages at a nightclub of this stature makes these celebrations even more memorable.
Who are some of the A-listers you’ve seen come through the door?
Taylor Swift, Jennifer Lopez, Bradley Cooper, Leonardo DiCaprio, to name a few. I remember when Bradley Cooper came in, I spotted him standing in the middle of the crowd with a large group of friends near the VIP entrance, and thought to myself, “Hey, that’s Bradley Cooper!” I made my way over to introduce myself and he was very laid-back and friendly. His group ended up having a table so I took care of them, and he thanked me for everything.
