We’re proud to welcome Stacy Willis as Vegas Seven’s new senior writer. As a writer and editor for publications including the Las Vegas Sun and Las Vegas Weekly, Willis has produced some of the city’s most memorable long-form journalism over the past decade, winning numerous awards from the Nevada Press Association and the Associated Press. A graduate of the University of Arizona, she has worked at the Arizona Daily Star and at Tucson’s PBS television station, for which she once crawled deep into a cave to backlight bats. Willis, the granddaughter of a moonshiner and a preacher, was lured to Las Vegas 12 years ago to write about religion.
