Speak is a native of Hawaii and a graduate of UNLV with a passion for design. While at UNLV, he co-founded the Student Association of Graphic Arts (SAGA) and was honored as the “outstanding graphics student” in his graduating class. He started his design career at Freeman Co. as an exhibition designer, and is now exploring the world of magazine design at Vegas Seven. When he’s not toiling over type he’s frequently sliding down a mountain on a snowboard or jamming on his bongo drums.
