A handy chat box opens when you visit the site from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m., so you can ask questions of a helpful agent. David Saxe Productions introduced this feature last year, and we wish more box offices would tend to that fertile ground between a phone call and an insensate click-through for tickets. And, while we’re at it, we’d also love to see more interactive theater-seating maps—hover over a seat in a diagram, and up pops that seat’s view of the stage. Come on—it’s 2014, already!
