Mixologist Julian Luna was 22 years old when he created the cocktail menu at Angelo Sosa’s Poppy Den in Tivoli Village, and not much older when he did the same at Bradley Ogden’s Hops & Harvest. Friends and colleagues call the Las Vegas native (now 24 and a bartender at Vesper in the Cosmopolitan) “one to watch,” a talented, creative, passionate young man searching for what will be his contribution to the beverage industry. “He has a ton of potential,” says former fellow Vesper barman Roger Gross, also Vegas Seven’s 2013 Best Bartender in Las Vegas. “In due time, he’ll be a force.”
