Following 10 years as executive chef of Border Grill, and countless tours of Mexico with its owners, Mary Sue Milliken and Susan Feniger, Mike Minor is an expert in Mexican cuisine—which is why his decision to quit that job to pursue his love of barbecue shocked the culinary world.
