The Return of Sterling Brunch

When Bally’s Steakhouse closed to make way for BLT Steak, the popular, extravagant Sterling Brunch closed with it. BLT Steak recently resurrected the pricey weekend meal, tinkering with it and making it their own. While the buffet setup is less formal now than the opulent spread that was once reserved for whales and casino execs, the offerings of all-you-can-eat caviar, grilled lobster tails, signature lobster-cognac omelet with Boursin cheese and free-flowing Perrier-Jouët Champagne are still reason enough to shell out the $90 per person. 702-967-7258,
