Chef Johnny Church is one of the hardest-working chefs on and off the Strip. By night, he’s Rick Moonen’s right hand at RM Seafood and Rx Boiler Room in Mandalay Bay, and during the day he’s grinding out breakfast Downtown at MTO. And if that wasn’t enough, he’s put together a guest-chef dinner series that features some of the town’s top toques, including Vincent Pouessel, Brian Howard, Brian Massie and Megan Romano, all collaborating on a collective theme.
