The local company, started by a former Chipotle regional manager, recently opened its fourth Las Vegas location with a fifth slated for Henderson. And owner Christopher Campbell says he wants 500 locations nationwide. Watch your guac, Chipotle. Multiple locations, BraddahsTacos.com.
