Call it an herbivore’s dilemma. Garden Grill, which pops up in Tivoli Village’s farmers market on Saturdays and in other locations throughout the week, has four types of vegan tacos on the menu. Our favorite: the deep-fried avocado, battered in Stone Brewing Company’s IPA, and topped with green and purple cabbage, dressed with the nutty and creamy cilantro-pepita salsa dressing, and finished with a dash of Sriracha.
