The latest addition to the Green Valley dining scene, Bottiglia is utterly beautiful, evoking earth’s bounty at every turn. Designed by Alessandro Munge, who also designed Herringbone, Hearthstone Kitchen & Cellar and Honey Salt, the room bursts with watercolor-inspired floral prints layered on rich fabrics of dusty rose and blue-gray velvet, whitewashed oak, red-accented cement tile and an open kitchen that serves as a backdrop to the Tuscan-style decor. We suspect that the patio and fire pit will be a big hit come fall, as will a brunch offering that’s on the horizon. Greeting guests is a 1965 Vespa 150 with a sidecar that handles like a Big Wheel with an emergency spinout hand brake. And no, it’s not available for a turn around the casino.
