Las Vegas is blessed to have its share of Michelin-starred chefs, including at least four who earned some of their stars in Paris. But entire dinners at these restaurants can take up most of your night, and even the smallest bites can be pricey. Not so at Brioche by Guy Savoy, where the famed French chef offers small tastes of his kitchen to hungry Caesars Palace guests on the run in the form of sweet and savory brioche buns, stuffed croissants and a limited selection of sandwiches. Of course, it’s not the same as experiencing the bread cart at his restaurant upstairs, but it sure beats a muffin from Starbucks. In Caesars Palace, 866-227-5938, Caesars.com.
