With four locations across the Valley, Pepe’s Tacos has been a favorite local late-night stop for years. But it’s not just the tacos that keep customers coming back. Many go to enjoy the restaurant’s intricate murals by local artist Fernando Reyes. Some of the best paintings are at the Pepe’s on Fremont Street, where you’ll see portraits of famous singers Pedro Infante and Vicente Fernandez, a solemn black-and-white depiction of La Virgen de Guadalupe and a colorful tribute to Mexico’s Aztec roots. Inside, a mariachi band serenades the baby Jesus next to a giant rooster ready for battle—all beautifully lit by purple neon light. Multiple locations, 702-385-5201,
