In his prime, 61-year-old Jake “The Snake” was one of WWE’s biggest stars, matching up against rivals such as Andre the Giant and Stone Cold Steve Austin. He’s the son of former wrestler Aurelian “Grizzly” Smith. With an intimidating 6-foot-5 frame, Roberts enters the ring with his pet python, Damien. He’s credited with devising his signature DDT move, in which he gets his opponent in an inverted headlock and takes him to the mat by falling backward. Roberts was inducted into WWE’s Hall of Fame in 2014, and his story of overcoming addiction is documented in the film The Resurrection of Jake the Snake (2015).
