In March, chef Justin Kingsley Hall rounded up some of his top peers in Las Vegas to serve a primal feast amid the majestic beauty of Mount Charleston. Hall, Sparrow + Wolf’s Brian Howard, Bouchon’s Daniel Ontiveros, Echo & Rig’s Chris Goosen and others cooked everything from roasted lamb legs and wild hen to mussels and duck bone soup on open-fire grills. Meanwhile, mixologists from Herbs & Rye and The Sand Dollar Lounge helped craft cocktails to wash it down. The best part? All proceeds went to Opportunity Village. Serving the community never tasted so good.
