Italian American Club

If the ultrakitsch pantheon of plaster Roman gods at the front of the joint doesn’t pique your curiosity, then the sign in the lot that says “Parking for Luigi Only” definitely will. The Italian American Club is an eastside gem, operating for more than 50 years as a social club for Italian-Americans and as a restaurant and entertainment lounge. One of the last remaining outposts of Las Vegas cool from a bygone era, it serves up delicious red-sauce dishes at a reasonable price, along with a stellar roster of nightly entertainment. Catch present-day Strip performers and those of yore belting it out, such as Kelly Clinton and Elisa Fiorillo. You never know who’s going to show up—maybe Luigi will even make an appearance. 2333 E.
