Daniel Boulud’s eagerly awaited return to Las Vegas has been one of the year’s biggest success stories. The menu includes dishes from several of the superstar’s New York restaurants, as well as some creations of executive chef (and Best On-Strip Chef winner) David Middleton. There’s something for everyone, from gourmet burgers and flatbreads to foie gras and crispy duck confit. These meals are served in a gorgeous open dining room, elegantly decorated with dark-brown wood, set off by mirrors, white linen and bright green glassware. And the prices are surprisingly reasonable, especially if you opt for the prix-fixe lunch or dinner. In the Venetian, 702-430-1235, DBBrasserie.com.
