The front lounge in Julian Serrano’s new Italian restaurant is great for people-watching on the casino floor. But it’s the back dining room, with its prime views of Bellagio’s dancing fountains, that provides the best eye candy. Moreover, there’s an outdoor patio right on the water that offers the most sought-after seats in the house. When Rivea in the Delano starts making regular use of its private room (called Rivea+) that boasts a 180-degree view of the Strip, Lago may have some competition in this category. But for now, it wears the crown.
