What to do when you’re hungry after a late night of clubbing or gambling? If you’re lucky enough to be at Caesars Palace, head to Café Americano, which recently replaced Central, by celebrity chef Michel Richard. Like most round-the-clock restaurants, the menu is intended to provide something for everyone, but many items are surprisingly sophisticated. At the top of our list are the pizzas ($15-$20), which are among the most original in town, and not at all what you’d expect to find at 4 a.m. anywhere else.
